Parents are children

May be the reason why universe has designed children is so that we can view our parents as children. They are children in some sense.

I shower so much love on kabir and have so much of patience for him. But when it comes to my mom, I am so restless!!

One of my practise could be to have the same amount of patience with my mom, as I have for kabir. When kabir throws around his toys and creates a mess, I am ok lifting them up and putting them I the basket. But when mummy creates a mess in the kitchen, I feel like giving her a lot lecture. Can I look at mummy with the same amount of innocence as I do for kabir? May be this is my new practise.
